Best trip ever thus far… I recently went on a three week trip with Mexico City with my husband and family.
Below are some of my favorite places we visited.
I fell in love with this fragrance; I’m the type that keeps buying the same designer fragrances year after year. I’m a little picky.
I loved the bottle as soon as I saw it.
I was pleasantly surprised by the melody of scents. Coffee, orange, vanilla and especially patchouli are my must haves notes.
I would recommend this for it’s sexy and subtle fragrance.
After I received the REVEAL by Calvin Klein sample from Influenster. I quickly gave to my husband to try. I asked him to wear it for a few days and then let me know what he thought of it. I personally thought it was subtle scent wise, it was also fresh and I tried it too. I feel it smells differently on me then it does on my husband. My husband felt the scent was more feminine and prefers something more musky.

It has been a while since I’ve posted something here. For the last week I have been on a smoothie kick. Coming up with recipes and using some from Pinterest.
It all started after the nurse at my doctors appointment told me that I weighed 158 lbs. it may seem average for my height but to me that number changed my mind about eating certain things and also having a high cholesterol.
My weight in my twenties was 110, when I turned thirty I was at 130. How did that happen 😭. Since my last appointment and after drinking smoothies for breakfast and lunch for 10 days, I lost 5 lbs. I hope it’s true.

Last week, at CPL Innovation Lab
We created a bracelet cuff with copper. I have never made jewelry and I was pretty excited to explore, learn and produce something.
Below are the steps we took to create. I had an option of what color beads I was going to use. But I waited to select because I wanted to see how my cuff was going to look like first.
1. The most difficult part was cutting the copper. Creating a shape and perfect length.
2. Next we punched the holes for bead placement.
3. Sanding the cuff this is a must, it’s important because it eliminates any rough edges.
4. The fun part was hammering the bracelet, this creates the cuff shape and you pick your option of textures. I also added my name to the bracelet as an extra touch.
5. After my cuff was formed, I made the bead selection, we used copper wire to thread through the holes using a jewelry puncher.
Below is the finished product. I have received positive feed back and orders too 😉
Yesterday I learned how to create an image on a rubber block using tools and lots of imagination.
The process was pretty simple, create a sketch, freehand on the rubber block, print it and make changes if needed. I created a series of five.
I love this and cannot wait to try something like this again.
